Napoleon Sykes Jr. is the Head Football Coach at The Lawrenceville School in New Jersey, where he leads with a philosophy centered on developing young men both on and off the field. A Baltimore native and former linebacker at Wake Forest University, Sykes has built a respected coaching career that includes successful tenures at top high school programs such as Gilman School (MD), Mallard Creek (NC), and Concordia Prep (MD). Known for his commitment to character, leadership, and team culture, Sykes continues to shape the next generation of student-athletes through the same “men for others” values that inspired him as a player.
