Coach William Patrick has served as the head coach of Louisa County High School’s varsity football team since 2018. A Louisa graduate himself, Patrick returned to lead the program that helped shape his own athletic journey. This season, the Lions are defending their 8X Jefferson District Champs record.

Will played collegiate football at James Madison University, earning multiple honors—including the Scout Team Award (twice), the John David Kraus Award, and contributing to JMU’s first national championship victory.

Before becoming head coach, Patrick spent over a decade as Louisa’s varsity offensive and defensive coordinator under Coach Mark Fischer. Known for his focus on preparation, discipline, and leadership, he continues to uphold the tradition of excellence that defines Louisa football.
